Detailed Return Policy

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you believe you've received a defective item, notify us immediately. We cannot replace the item after 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us immediately so we can make it right!


Return Policy Details:

  • If we have the item in stock, we will gladly honor an exchange.
  • Merchandise may be returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt.
  • We cannot process any refunds. 
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded & buyer is responsible for any return shipment costs. 
  • Returned merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn, it will not qualify for a return.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photo quality, lighting, and computer screen resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defects.
  • Absolute Style Boutique is not responsible for damages to merchandise due to improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing from the manufacturer.
  • If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return, we will hold the item for 14 days. If you have not paid to ship it back to yourself after 14 days, your items will be donated.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Accessories: Jewelry, Hats, Sunglasses, Scarves, etc. 
  • Holiday Printed Items (St. Patty’s Day, 4th of July, Halloween, Christmas, etc.) 
  • Sale Items: Final Sale, Discounted, or Clearance pieces
